The roles
At Macmillan we’re here to revolutionise cancer care. To go further, faster, and fairer than ever before.
The roles in this recruitment campaign sit at the heart of our ambitious programme to bring care closer to home, bringing together teams focused on system leadership, transformation, investment, learning and insight.
We’re looking for bold thinkers. Innovators. Change-makers. People who thrive in complexity, who can dive into the detail while never losing sight of the bigger picture. People who see challenge as fuel, who question what isn’t working, and who have the courage to build something better.
This work is meaningful. It’s ambitious. And at times, it will be messy. But that’s where real change happens.
This programme:
- Works with senior leaders across health, social care and community systems
- Builds and nurtures strategic partnerships at local and national level
- Delivers measurable, outcome-focused change
- Designs and manages social investment and funding approaches
- Builds the evidence base for what works and shares learning across the system
We are looking for diverse, curious and extraordinary people, willing to push boundaries and turn ambiguity into action.
This is more than delivering services. It is about reshaping how systems respond to people’s lives - now and in the future.
If you are motivated by purpose, committed to equity, and ready to be part of something truly transformative—we want to hear from you.
Let’s transform cancer care together.
